Under the direct supervision of the Chef/Patient Foodservice Manager prepares seasons and cooks food for the hospital patients employees and visitors.

- Must have the ability to move quickly from one task to another as needs of the department change
- Must be well organized and able to multitask

Requirement description :
- 24 yrs fulltime cooking experience required
- High school diploma required
- Graduate of a formal technical school specializing in hotel or institutional cooking STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Medical terminology course completion preferred
