As a Head of Account Management you will lead our B2B and dealerfocused sales operations with a strong focus on account management and customer success. You will leverage your extensive experience in managing and growing key accounts to drive longterm revenue growth. Additionally you will implement scalable processes and guide highperforming sales teams to achieve operational excellence as we continue to expand our business.
Tasks
- B2B & Dealer Account Management: Lead the account management function overseeing the onboarding growth and retention of key B2B accounts with a focus on driving consistent revenue growth and building longterm relationships
- Sales Team Leadership: Build manage and mentor a highperforming account management team ensuring the development of talent and the achievement of team goals through coaching task management and performance monitoring
- Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable sales processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency. This includes standardizing workflows and optimizing for growth in a fastpaced environment
- DataDriven Sales Management: Use data and KPIs to guide account management strategies and team performance. Regularly monitor and analyze metrics to optimize processes and improve results
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B account management with a proven track record in key account growth sales team leadership and process optimization
- Industry Background: Experience in marketplaces (e.g. used car food delivery or small business platforms) to drive success in our industry
- Sales Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and growing account management or customer success teams
- Process Building: Extensive experience in designing and scaling sales processes from scratch preferably in highgrowth or startup environments
- CRM Expertise: Handson experience with CRM systems using them to scale account management operations and drive efficiency
- DataDriven: Strong ability to use data and KPIs to inform decisionmaking improve team performance and drive sales growth
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to oversee largescale initiatives and manage multiple priorities effectively
