Job Description
McLaren Medical Group Bay Region seeks a Locum PM&R physician to provide coverage from Dec!!
JOB DETAILS:
Reason for Locum Coverage: VacationPatients per day: 1020
Staff Support: This is a 20bed inpatient rehab unit. The physician will cover face to face visits admissions discharges IPOCs and lead Team Conference.
Current EHR: CERNER
Procedures/Skills required:
Physiatrist PAPE/H & P TBI Stroke Amputations Clinical Staffing/Care Plan Meetings PreAdmission Screening Review & Documentation per CMS Guidelines Prescribing Narcotics
Expenses:
Car fuel mileage hotel is a BR cap (including taxes)
Does NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees
No lodging booked through 3rd party websites ie expedia kayak etc
McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodgingMalpractice must be included in rates
Orientation rate is 1/2 the hourly rate
Rates to Submit:
Orientation 1/2 of hourly rate for orientation and training
On call Daily 24hrs to include 9 hours of patient contact and night call
Holiday On call Daily 24hrs to include 9 hours of patient contact and night call when working on a holiday
Weekend call per 24 hours of call Sat and Sun to include 4 hours gratis
Call back after 9 hours of patient contact (inpatient coverage)
Holiday Call back after 9 hours of patient contact (inpatient coverage) when working a holiday
Site uses reverse billing provider must clock in/out using Kronos no timesheets will be approved
Requirement description : ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
- Board Certified (No BE) Required
- MI License Required at time of clear no exceptions not accepting IMLC
- BLS Required
- Provider must be local REQUIRED no exceptions
- Must have clean background for quick credentialing REQUIRED no exceptions
- Please submit rates at time of name clear Required will not send to client without rates
- Must be available for above dates Required
