We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our team. The QA Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Product Management, and Operations, to integrate quality processes throughout the product lifecycle.

- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various products.
- Ensure comprehensive validation of products through manual and automated testing processes.

Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure that all products comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of QA processes, test results, and quality metrics for auditing and reporting purposes.

Defect Management:
- Manage defect tracking processes, ensuring timely identification, reporting, and resolution of issues.
- Analyze defect trends and provide actionable insights to prevent recurrence.
Desired candidate profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, CMMI).
