Job Description
COVID19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children s prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the respiratory virus season. Job Summary: This position performs a variety of diagnostic radiography imaging procedures to provide data for diagnosis and monitoring of disease and injuries in accordance with all applicable standards regulations and licensing requirements. Requires competence in a variety of equipment and technologies and performs duties in a range of acute care pediatriccentered settings. Education RequirementsCertificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiology programAdditional related education and/or experience preferred.Experience RequirementsTwo years of Cath Lab experiencePediatric experienceFamiliar with the surgical environment preferredCertification/License/Registry RequirementsCurrent ARRT registration.Current Arizona Department of Health Services Certified Radiologic Technologist.Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.RCIS Preferred
Shift:varying days Call approximately every third weekend and 23 nights during the week.
