Job Description

STAFF PHARMACIST RETAIL Administering retail pharmacy approved Vaccinations for flu/COVID offsite and onsite clinics. Assist retail pharmacy vaccination schedule/walkins Mandatory Quals: BSP degree RPH license in the State of Ohio current pharmacybased immunization delivery certificate current BLS Preferred Quals: Pharm D Required Licenses: Licensed Pharmacist in Ohio BLS current Immunization delivery certificate Physical Environment: Stand sit and administer vaccinations

Shift: 7am3pm 7a12pm10a6p rotating shifts

Specialty Type: Pharmacy

Sub Specialties: Pharmacist

General Certifications : BLS/BCLS
