As a Field Specialist, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. You will carry out routine services as per programs. You will continually develop your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for our customers.

As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Reading well plan, executing directional drilling.
Performing basic maintenance at the wellsite.
Performing all required responsibilities safely and as described in work instructions.
Executing other related duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
completing all training and development programs required within Step II of the LEAD Field Specialist Program and all local training and development programs.
Under direct supervision learns to operate logging-while-drilling and directional drilling tool(s) and services as assigned.
Adhering to plan while Drilling of Wells with high performance avoiding unnecessary tortuosity.
Carrying out all HSE requirements at the rig and work as team leader.

Desired candidate profile

• Have a University Degree in Engineering or Science
• Have 2 years of Technical Education and 5 year of relevant experience.
• General knowledge of basic engineering principles and good mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Be proficient in running basic directional drilling jobs/services. and Logging While Drilling is a plus.
• Able to work and communicate well with others. Qualifications
• Carry out well planning and drilling of 3D wells with DLS 6 and plus, following approved drilling practices.
• All wells, having precise landing and complex trajectories must be drilled with client desired ROP performance. Performance in some fields is primary criterion.
• Able to Handle drilling vibrations instantly and maintaine good tool health.
• Have a good communication with rig service hands, office personnel and the client.
