Roles and responsibilities
As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all field activities are carried out safely by complying with company environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality guidelines and procedures.
- Executing maintenance, outages execution and troubleshooting interventions at customers sites
- Supporting emergency calls either by phone and emails or by mobilizing at customers sites Coordination and management of contracted manpower Effective communication to HQs, through company e-tools (DoR, NCM, e-SMS)
- Supporting and prepare field service jobs and interventions with the Service Manager
- Timely supporting third party FSEs to provide standard and customized professional reports to Customers. Field Works use for TB, SQCL and TDB. Timecard submission. Timely provide technical assistance to customers through SR management to address issues by interfacing with all involved functions (Engineering, Digital…etc.). Use company e-tools to retrieve technical documents FSB, SQCL drawings… to support outages.
- Following up and monitor jobs progress and act accordingly to guaranty quality aspects according to BH manuals and procedures.
- Providing site specific support to third parity FSEs to guarantee the compliance to contractual SoW Support to the mobilization process when required.

Technical Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of the specific industry (construction, telecommunications, oil and gas, etc.) and relevant technical processes.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.

- Ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions on-site.

- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and resources efficiently.
Desired candidate profile
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent business experience
- 5+ years related work experience in BH/GE turbomachinery industry maintenance or installation field activities
- Strong knowledge of GE/BH rotating equipment maintenance programs such as HDGT, CECO and RECO and their auxiliaries (lube oil system, gas system, etc).
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas rotating equipment Installation and Maintenance philosophy
- Ability to understand and implement technical solution and system update (drawings and systems upgrades)
- Assist Start-up Engineer during the commissioning phase ensuring proper and safe operation of the machine by evaluating the running parameters and troubleshoot the problems as they arise.
- Good attitude to manage relationships with customer and BH HQ, on both technical and contractual aspects
- Good interpersonal & organizational skills with confirmed competency in work supervision.
