75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) NO LOCAL TRAVELERS Please only submitcandidates that area aware of their submission to our facility. Please do notallow candidates to contact facility. Please only submit candidates with anactive NM or compact license. Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager) a resume and completed skills checklist/competency assessment. 13 weeks assignment 2 years experience current required inlarge ED. Must be a team player flexible and accustomed to fast pacedenvironment. Must have successfullycompleted at least one 13week travel assignment. CERTIFICATIONS: BLS ACLS PALS and NIHSS certifications required. BLSACLS and PALS must be completed through American Heart Association AmericanHealth and Safety or American Red Cross. Traveler must pass the BCA testing during first week of assignment. Travelersthat do not pass the BCA test will be dismissed. EMR: EPIC experience preferred. SHIFTS: This is a 12 hour nights shift positionstart time ). Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.On call 112 hour shifts/ 4 weeks weekends minimum 3 shifts/ 4 weeks and holidays at least one required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or sameshifts. ORIENTATION: The first week of the contract not to exceed40 total hours and includes EPIC training. SCRUBS: Required and not provided by thefacility.
