We are a growing property and casualty insurance company located in Oklahoma, specializing in home and auto coverage. We are currently seeking an Insurance Customer Service and Sales Representative to enhance our client interactions. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support within the ever-evolving landscape of property and casualty insurance.

Job Overview

• Hourly Rate: USD 4.88 (equivalent in your local currency)
• Weekly Hours: 40
• Work Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM Oklahoma time
• Work Arrangement: Remote
• Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Please note that this is a permanent work-from-home position under an independent contractor agreement. Candidates must possess their own computer and reliable internet connection. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own taxes and benefits, and your compensation will be based on hourly rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Quote Generation: Utilize our state-of-the-art proprietary system to generate accurate insurance quotes.
• Client Education: Clearly explain coverage options, deductibles, and the details of various policies to clients.
• Data Handling: Manage sensitive customer information with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Back-Office Support: Assist with essential tasks related to policy processing and management.
• Consultative Sales: Engage clients in a consultative manner, guiding them towards the most suitable insurance solutions.
• Query Resolution: Address complex questions regarding specific insurance terms and concepts (e.g., Cover J, wind and hail coverage).
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless policy processing and outstanding client experiences.
