- Job Title: IVR Developer
- Location: Chicago IL (Onsite)
- Mode of Hire: Contract
Job Description
- Experience in Genesys composer v8.1.561.29 Installation and call flow development/deployment
- Should have performed Genesys Engage OnPremises 9.x implementation and configurations.
- Knowledge of SIP infrastructure Genesys framework Nuance Speech Recognition Genesys Voice Portal.
- Experience with implementing complex solutions involving Web Services SOAP VXML and Voice Object
- Genesys Certifications Preferred. Provide technical expertise in all aspects of IVR solution design and application development
- Excellent analytical skills. Must have the ability to understand problems identify root cause and derive potential solutions.
- Proficient in Oracle/MSSQL/RDBMS concepts
