The *Product Coordinator CrossTier Advertising* will support the AdVantage Advertising Product team with daytoday processes that support our dealer and OEM clients. The Advertising Product Coordinator will support the CrossTier team with a variety of tasks including but not limited to collection and distribution of creative assets ensuring seamless communication and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple advertising partners and process improvement. This involves collaboration with various internal and external teams.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and organizational skills and an eye for detail with the ability to respond quickly and efficiently to requests.
Essential Job Functions:
Support and assist team with a variety of tasks and projects for assigned team area.
Develop and maintain detailed launch schedules for campaign coordination.
Collaborate and communicate across internal teams to support assigned project initiatives.
Assist the team with coordination of external vendors and agencies where applicable.
Identify process improvements provide insights and make recommendations to the team.
Research industry topics and trends related to digital products/services and report on findings.
Obtain knowledge of industry market conditions and customers issues business priorities and challenges.
Skills Knowledge and Abilities
Exposure to the automotive landscape i.e. dealers or OEM is a plus.
General understanding of paid media is a plus.
Proactively problemsolve and multitask while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
Knowledge of JIRA a plus but not necessary.
Followthrough mindset to uphold a close the loop culture.
Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member with a positive can do attitude.
The drive to identify and seize opportunities for continuous improvement as business needs change.
Excellent organization flexibility and time management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic deadlinedriven environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and business communication skills (written verbal listening).
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience
Internship experience within automotive agency or digital marketing is preferred.
Digital Marketing experience is a plus.
Education
Bachelors degree in business marketing or equivalent combination of work experience and education
