Agile Framework Expertise: The RTE must be wellversed in Agile principles frameworks and processes. They frequently deal with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) so a thorough understanding of SAFe principles is essential. Release Train Orchestration: The RTE is primarily responsible for orchestrating and facilitating the Agile Release Train (ART). They should be knowledgeable about root cause analysis approaches. 3. Communication Skills: Communication must be clear straightforward and compassionate. The RTE must effectively communicate with teams stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and understanding. 4. Technical Knowledge: While not necessarily required having technical knowledge or experience in software development can be beneficial in understanding the ART s work and effectively conducting technical talks. 5.
