Join our foundational and existing Manila Team.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Underwriter to join our team in Manila Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in underwriter account analysis within the financial services sector preferably with experience in Australian organizations. As an Underwriter you will be responsible for overseeing the daily analysis of pending applications. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fastpaced and growing organization.

Responsibilities:
Assessing of clients background.
Processing of clients application.
Report generation for all submitted applications.
Creation of profile based on submitted applications.
Modification based on needs per application.
Call/Email/Chat with clients depending on the need from application.
Decisionmaking based on company guidelines and provided info/requirements.
Daily monitoring and updating of accounts.
Build/suggest collection processes that will maximize efficiency.
End to end process of application.
Customer Service (Inbound Calls/Chat/Email).
Generate underwriter report.

Requirements
- Experience in underwriting within the financial services sector preferably but not mandatory with exposure to Australian organizations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- A positive attitude and a knack for building a vibrant and engaging workplace culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with internal effectively and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in setting up or managing operations in a new location is a plus.
- A sense of humor and the ability to build a killer culture is essential
