Job Description
Job Title: ServiceNow Integration Development
Location: Washington City Seattle (Onsite role; need local candidates)
Duration: 1 Year
Job Description:
o 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration including handson experience with various modules such as ITSM ITOM ITBM and CMDB.
o Proven experience in a technical lead or solution architect role with a track record of successfully leading ServiceNow projects and teams.
o Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture development and scripting (JavaScript GlideScript etc.).
o Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using RESTful APIs SOAP and middleware solutions.
o Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for IT service management.
Certifications:
o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
o ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Implementation Specialist or other relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred.
o Additional certifications in project management or solution architecture (e.g. PMP TOGAF) are a plus.
Education:
o Bachelor degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
Soft Skills:
o Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
o Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with experience managing teams and projects.
o Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
