Pay Rate XX 38.15 Per Hour
Is Travel Required 10%
Contract to Hire Potential
Top 35 Must Have Skills:
3 years of IT experience with increasing technical and operational responsibilities
3 years of experience supporting IT Infrastructure Desktop and Site based IT Services
3 years of experience working with contracting managed service and third parties (internal and external)
3 years of experience working in large enterprise IT environment supporting the design development and deployment of large enterprise IT projects.
3 years of experience managing and support IT sites and providing service at the in environments with greater than 1000 endusers
US Citizenship due to contractual requirements
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies researches and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. May require an associates degree in a related area and 02 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonlyused concepts practices and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and preestablished guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
