Location: Lisbon Portugal (OnSite)

Employment type: Fulltime
Language Requirements: Greek C2 and English B2

Position: Customer Service Representative

Description:
Join a global leader in household products as a Customer Service Representative helping customers with inquiries and concerns. You will be the first point of contact for customer support providing helpful information and solutions to customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone and email.
  • Answer questions regarding product use ingredients and safety.
  • Offer solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Nativelevel Greek and fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule.
