Job Description
Hill International is a leading global construction consulting firm providing program and project management construction management and other consulting services to clients in the public and private sectors. With over 4500 employees in offices worldwide Hill has extensive experience in managing large complex construction projects across a variety of industries.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager 2 to join our team in Madinah Saudi Arabia. The Construction Manager 2 will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning and design to execution and completion. This is a fulltime permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects including planning design budgeting scheduling and execution
Ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards
Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and progress reports
Coordinate with clients contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and progress of work
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance
Mentor and supervise junior team members to ensure their professional growth and development
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management preferably in the Middle East region
Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and techniques
Excellent project management organizational and communication skills
Proven track record of successfully managing large complex construction projects
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in English both written and verbal
Willingness to relocate to Madinah Saudi Arabia and travel as needed for project assignments
