Role Summary:
In this position you will review usergenerated content to ensure it complies with platform standards. Youll enforce guidelines handle user appeals and collaborate closely with your team to maintain a secure and positive user experience while staying updated on trends to enhance moderation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Evaluation: Review videos audio comments and links to ensure they align with community guidelines. Identify and manage inappropriate content to protect the platform.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure all content including images and titles complies with platform rules and standards.
- User Support: Address user appeals and provide clear guidance on moderation decisions.
- Compliance: Work with your team to guarantee that the platform adheres to compliance regulations consistently.
- Trend Awareness: Observe user trends and behaviors to identify potential risks and adjust moderation strategies as necessary.
- Process Enhancement: Offer feedback on moderation practices and collaborate with internal teams to enhance tools and strategies.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Greek residency card
- At least one year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field
