Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate content in German to ensure it aligns with company policies and community guidelines.
- Identify and report any content that is inappropriate offensive or violates platform regulations.
- Stay informed on content policies and apply them consistently across reviews.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and positive environment for users.
- Work closely with internal teams to address contentrelated issues.
- Provide constructive feedback and support in updating moderation policies as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level).
- Good command of English (B2 or above).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent judgment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle sensitive material with professionalism.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous experience in content moderation or related fields is an advantage but not essential (training will be provided).
- Familiarity with social media and online communities is a plus.
