Duties for Compliance Analyst Position
Run candidate pool reports for EEO1/AAP reporting
Support talent acquisition audit requests
Support Region 4 for OFCCP compliance regulations including Outreach efforts/data collection pay transparency Labor posters disability accommodations etc.
Handle inquiries across business on compliance questions and situations
o Research with Legal Consultant & appropriate resources on OFCCP compliance matters
Permanent residency requisitions
Routine reporting Open Req Report DP Posting Report
Audit Talent Acquisition processes for compliance
Skill set requirements:
The manager is looking for 3 years of demonstrated experience with the following skills:
Previous experience with OFCCP compliance guidelines
Previous experience working with Talent Acquisition and Compliance
Candidates must be able to follow established process documentation
Strong experience with excel particularly with creating pivot tables
The position requires that candidates have experience with handling confidential information
