Job Title: Financial analyst
Location: Bellemont AZ (Onsite with flexibility)
Duration: Full Time
Job Description:
The financial analyst plays a key role in the success of the company. They will assist with P&L reporting variance analysis KPI reporting ERP implementation ad hoc projects and wear many hats in the organization. This is a very handson role that reports directly to the Director of Finance. This candidate will gain exposure into all areas of the finance function and have future opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review the P&L for accuracy prepare variance analysis
- Prepares the annual budget and monthly forecast
- Ad hoc reporting
- Team with department leaders to understand and review variances
- Work with project team to analyse trends and risks
- Cash Management/Treasury duties including maintaining rolling cash forecasts
Required Skills Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in finance and/or related field (mandatory)
- 5 to 10 years relevant finance/accounting experience
- Experience with financial modeling
- Expert level excels skills (VLOOKUP pivot tables etc)
- An interest in manufacturing
- A strong desire to continuously learn and make an impact
- Selfstarter
- Team player mentality
