PTC - Sr System Technical SME

We are seeking a resource with a minimum of 5years of expertise in as many of the following products/platforms/activities aspossible:

Windows server OSadministration

Application ABAPexperience in ECC SRM BW SOLMAN FIORI GRC

Application JAVAexperience in NW Portal LVM PO

ServiceNow SystemAdministration / Configurations

OnBase SystemAdministration / Configurations

MS Dynamics(including CE F&O and General system)

MS Azure services(LogicApps API s APP Registrations etc.)

MS Azure DevOps Administration

Create updateand maintain system documentation

Position Duties:

1. Windows ServerAdministration:

o Request newservers based on type of application being deployed

o Use RDP toconnect to manage applications on windows servers

o Perform applicationinstalls on windows servers

o Manage IIS configurations

2. SAP BasisAdministration:

o Perform Systemmonitoring

o Modify Technicalsystem configurations

o Perform Systemplanning and implementation

o Move transportsfrom one system to another

o Configure jobs.

3. ServiceNowAdministration:

o Modify Systemconfigurations

o Deploying updatesets

o Submit incidents& Change requests

4. OnBaseAdministration:

o Modify Systemconfigurations

o Manage emailconfiguration in nonprod systems

o Manage IIS OnBasesite configurations

5. MS DynamicsAdministration:

o Create new CE environmentsbased on business needs

o Manually backupand restore environments when needed on a casebycase basis

o Deploy solutionsfrom one environment to another and execute documented post steps

6. MS Finance anrations:

o Manage systemsthrough Lifecycle Services

o Deploy packagesto FO systems

o Create new FOsandbox/dev systems when needed

7. MS Azure:

o Manage resourcessuch as LogicApps API s APP Registrations etc.

o Setup new andmanage existing alerts

8. MS Azure DevOps:

o Run pipelineswhen needed

o Modifyconfigurations as needed
