Job Description
Role : Salesforce Commerce Cloud Architect
Location : Pittsburgh PA
Duration: Contract
Experience:
- 7 years of experience in IT architecture roles with at least 35 years focused on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C/B2B).
- Proven experience designing and deploying enterprisescale eCommerce solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture and development including custom cartridges SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture) and Business Manager configurations.
- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce Commerce Cloud with other Salesforce Clouds (Service Cloud Marketing Cloud etc.) and thirdparty systems.
- Strong background in web technologies: JavaScript HTML/CSS and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with headless commerce microservices architecture and APIfirst design.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS GCP or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing platform challenges.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience guiding teams driving projects and influencing business stakeholders.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Architect is preferred. Salesforce Platform Developer or other related certifications are a plus.
