Job Description
- Proficiency in managing Identity Management SiteMinder and Federation Manager: implementing and maintaining security technology solutions supporting identity management SiteMinder and Federation Manager for internal and external users. The thirdparty product is CA LDAP (Computer Associates).
- System maintenance configuration of system parameters performance tuning system health monitoring and checks knowledge of support packs deployment Release notes etc. Experience in configuration of Identity Management SiteMinder and Federation Manager.
- Knowledge on upgrade and Migration techniques must have done system upgrades including technical and functional upgrades. Knowledge on different upgrade paths migration options. Handling/treatment of modified and custom objects during the upgrade. Successfully drive migration project through the various stages of the project delivery lifecycle.
- Skills in managing system and database backups restoration/recovery process. Knowledge on MaxDB Database Management backup process and coordinate backup activities troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Ensure stability and security of the system during and after upgrade/migration applying security patches managing user access etc. Manage complete Application Migration Activities validate successful functioning of servers application Database and entire system landscape for Identity Management SiteMinder and Federation Manager. Continuous monitoring of System alerts OS/DB and system logs and take appropriate actions as needed.
- Coordination with development team and provide guidance for testing.
- Post golive (migration/upgrade) support System monitoring and incident resolution as needed in the post transition to VMC2.
- Ability to support application developers integration with directory environment.
- Experience administering one or more directories such as Active Directory Oracle/Sun Directory Server Open LDAP or CA Directory is a plus.
