Job Title: Audio/Video Consultant

Location: Atlanta GA 30328

Mode : Contract (6 Months) (Day 1 Onsite)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design implementation and improvement of the Audio and video conferencing services
• Experience designing conferencing and voice solutions across a geographically diverse environment
• Work with team to identify the design needs for cost effective solutions.
• Assess and approve all voice and video equipment hardware and software upgrades.
• Ensure disaster recovery plans are in place and updated.
• Take escalations from support teams and provide root cause analysis and advanced problem management.
• Develop KBs for operating and full documentation of solutions.
• Provide root cause analysis and advanced problem management.
• Works with training department to develop learning content and best practices for using room equipment and Teams meetings.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are formally in place and followed.
• Producer for large meetings and providing consulting for other large meetings.
• 5 years of Voice & Video experience. Experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Room hardware.
