Job Title: Senior Network Engineer

Location: Mountain View California/Hybrid model

Duration: 12 Months with possible extension

Responsibilities:

Operates companys internal data communications systems. Plans designs and implements local and widearea network solutions between multiple platforms and protocols (including IP and VOIP). Supports/troubleshoots network issues and coordinates with vendors for installation of such items as routers and switches. Works on project implementation. Provides training and assists with proposal writing. Conducts project planning cost analysis and vendor comparisons. May be internal or external clientfocused working in conjunction with Professional Services and Outsourcing functions. May include companywide webenabled solutions.

Manage Databricks LAN WAN and VPN approach by designing and implementing highly available redundant and low latency company campus networks.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Must Have

• Aruba wireless Wireless Technologies: Expertise in WiFi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) RF principles and antenna theory.
• Palo Alto networks Prima access and SDWAN technologies
• Security: Knowledge of wireless security measures such as WPA2/WPA3 encryption and access control mechanisms.
• Experience with configuring and designing wireless access points controllers and authentication servers.
• HPE switches configuration and Aruba central

Nice to have

• Monitoring and Management: Familiarity with network monitoring tools and best practices for managing wireless networks.
• Aruba Clearpass
