Job Description
Job Title: Node.js Application Developer 5 Position
Location: REMOTE
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
- Write clean efficient and reusable code while adhering to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 45 years of experience in Node.js application development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with frameworks such as Express.js.
- Experience with databases (e.g. MongoDB MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and eventdriven architecture.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with TypeScript and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure).
- Knowledge of containerization (e.g. Docker) and CI/CD practices.
