As Senior Product Manager you will oversee the management and optimization of core banking software playing a pivotal part in defining the product vision and coordinating with stakeholders.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the core banking software ensuring it aligns with business goals and market demands.
- Define the product vision working closely with stakeholders to optimize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead product research planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage multiple product journals and prioritize product development initiatives.
- Configure system/software based on evolving business requirements.
- Manage and negotiate relationships with thirdparty suppliers to optimize product offerings.
- Drive product innovation by incorporating new features and improvements.
- Engage in competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Maintain strong working relationships with development teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Foster collaboration brainstorming and effective communication across departments.
- Quantify and analyze business value for new features and feature enhancements.
Candidate Profile:
- 35 years of experience in product management and business analysis within the fintech sector particularly in the payments/banking industries.
- Familiarity with core banking systems ledger mechanisms and behaviors.
- Experience with virtual IBANs (vIBANs) IBANs and payment rails such as SEPA and SWIFT.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create clear specifications and product descriptions.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to synthesize and analyze complex information quickly.
- Strong teamwork coordination planning and influencing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with strong problemsolving abilities.
Info & Benefits:
- Salary Range based on qualifications and experience 4000 to 5000 Euro Gross.
- Bonus based on performance
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
