We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog digital with handson experience in product development and lifecycle management. This role requires a keen understanding of requirement analysis and a preference for experience in the medical domain. The candidate should be adept at communicating with suppliers and vendors and optimizing designs to meet specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Review existing design to identify CTQs (critical to Quality) from Product Requirements
Review & update the subassy/component specifications aligning with CTQs
Review the component level DFMEA and ensure the subassy/component specifications have listed sampling plans based on risk levels
Provide Sustenance support for existing products such as design changes component obsolescence etc
Component redesign & Component qualification
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize design and performance.
Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and costeffective procurement of components.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the medical domain.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Proven handson experience in analog digital and power electronics.
Extensive experience in the product development lifecycle.
Strong requirement analysis skills.
Preference for candidates with experience in the medical domain.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and vendors.
Demonstrated ability to optimize designs to meet specific requirements.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with medical device regulations and standards.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and simulation programs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and project management skills
