Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Recruitment Officer will play a vital role in attracting selecting and hiring top talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals social media referrals and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions accordingly.
Conduct background and reference checks on potential hires.
Negotiate and prepare employment offers for selected candidates.
Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment records and reports.
Continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field.
Past experience in recruitment is preferred.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes including sourcing screening and interviewing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
