Position: IB Team Leader

Employment type: Fulltime Service Agreement
The ideal candidate must have experience with Business Development and IBs in the Vietnamese region must know the market trends in the Vietnamese region and must be able to build and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners (IBs). Ideally if the candidate has already existing partners (IBs) that can be introduced to the company it will be considered a major advantage.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new partnerships and develop existing ones
- Lead mentor and manage the team for the Vietnam region
- Develop and implement the business development strategy in alignment with the companys overall objectives
- Identify and prioritize key markets within Vietnam for business expansion
- Collaborate with other heads and departments to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies
- Set clear goals and objectives for the regional teams ensuring alignment with corporate strategies
- Set clear and measurable KPIs for the team and regularly monitor progress
- Analyze partners data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders on business development activities and results
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners to maximize their potential
- Use datadriven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Finance Economics Marketing or any other relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in business development and IBs with a leadership role in the Forex FinTech Crypto industry or other related industries
- Excellent command of the Vietnamese language and fluency in English (C1)
- Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and cultural nuances
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent understanding of financial markets and preferably foreign exchange markets
- Ability to lead manage and motivate a diverse team of Business Development professionals
- Great communication and writing skills as well as attention to detail
- Good customer service skills and confident phone conversation abilities
- Solid knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel
- Strong negotiation and pitching skills and great listening skills
- Problemsolving with a positive cando approach.
