Job Description
Position: Software Engineer (React Native)
Location: Bentonville AR (Ideal candidate already in Bentonville but open to candidates that can relocate upon offer)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
- Design scalable frontend architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including UX designers backend engineers and product managers.
- Integrate analytics crashlytics and profiling tools.
- Implement CI/CD processes and ensure code quality through reviews and testing.
- Maintain and enhance application performance and security.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in mobile and web application development.
- Strong expertise in React React Native and Redux.
- Experience with mobile devices (ideally IOS)
- Knowledge of GraphQL REST APIs and cloud technologies (Azure preferred).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred).
Nice to Have:
- Backend experience with Java or Node.js.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA).
