Software Engineer React Native

Position: Software Engineer (React Native)

Location: Bentonville AR (Ideal candidate already in Bentonville but open to candidates that can relocate upon offer)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
• Design scalable frontend architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including UX designers backend engineers and product managers.
• Integrate analytics crashlytics and profiling tools.
• Implement CI/CD processes and ensure code quality through reviews and testing.
• Maintain and enhance application performance and security.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in mobile and web application development.
• Strong expertise in React React Native and Redux.
• Experience with mobile devices (ideally IOS)
• Knowledge of GraphQL REST APIs and cloud technologies (Azure preferred).
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred).

Nice to Have:

• Backend experience with Java or Node.js.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA).
