Job Description
Position: Kindergarten Teacher
As a Kindergarten Teacher you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. Your main objective will be to provide a solid foundation for their academic social and emotional development through a variety of engaging activities.
Location: Shireen Jinnah Colony Clifton Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ageappropriate lesson plans and activities that align with the schools curriculum and educational goals
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe respected and motivated to learn
- Foster a love for learning and encourage curiosity creativity and critical thinking in young children
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Monitor and assess students progress provide feedback and communicate with parents/guardians regularly
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and organize school events field trips and special projects
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of students attendance grades and behavior
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with current educational practices
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures including safety and hygiene protocols
- Build strong relationships with students parents and colleagues to ensure a supportive and positive learning community
Skills:

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Teaching certification or license from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a kindergarten or preschool setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential
- Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with current educational technology and teaching methods
