Were an innovative HR services company dedicated to providing topnotch solutions to our clients. Were currently developing an HR tech solution that leverages artificial intelligence to revolutionize HR processes.
Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and integrating advanced AI models to enhance our HR services collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable and efficient AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement AI algorithms and models for HR tech solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions into our HR platforms.
- Develop scalable and efficient software components for data processing and analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to apply them effectively.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of the AI components.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI and machine learning development.
- Strong software development skills preferably in Python or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
