Job Description
Stakeholder Coordination Manager (Railway Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans to ensure effective communication and coordination with all project stakeholders
Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Coordinate with government agencies and local communities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for the project
Collaborate with project team members to ensure stakeholder requirements are incorporated into project plans and schedules
Monitor and report on stakeholder satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to promote project success and mitigate potential conflicts
Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops as needed
Provide guidance and support to project team members on stakeholderrelated matters
Stay uptodate on industry and community trends and developments that may impact the project
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Project Management or a related field
Minimum of 15years of experience in stakeholder coordination preferably in the railway industry
Strong understanding of stakeholder management principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working with government agencies and local communities
Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships on large complex projects
Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to stakeholder engagement in Saudi Arabia is preferred
Fluency in English is required knowledge of Arabic is a plus
