Position Summary:
Our Executive search and recruitment department is a key product at RecruitMe Plus. We work towards ensuring a smooth rapid yet professional recruitment process for our partners (clients) and candidates while maintaining a high level of integrity. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the endtoend recruitment cycle process as per RecruitMe Plus policies procedures and ethics while guiding this process. Also the Recruitment Specialist will be requested to participate in strategic meetings and suggest continuous improvement measures & tools to RecruitMe Plus business that will ensure ultimate service quality to the clients. You will be supporting proactive sales activities aiming to advise prospects on our services and transfer those to loyal clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build up smooth and comprehensive communication with the Client
- Advise clients and stakeholders on RecruitMe Plus services policies & process
- Receive and analyze Job Descriptions
- Design job advertisements and spread those out to the most efficient sourcing channels including our career page supported by an ATS and various social media channels
- Screen direct applications
- Identifying Keywords and proactively searching for (headhunting) potential qualified talents.
- Conduct initial interviews with shortlisted applicants
- Guide multiple stakeholders through RecruitMe Plus processes
- Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules interview trips
- Conduct Reference Checks
- In charge of social media materials and tools including posts schedules content and article writing
- Utilize regional and international job boards oversee social media initiatives and apply innovative sourcing methods to support recruiting objectives.
- Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with key stakeholders including candidates clients Universities peer agencies and partners
- Attend and manage when needed fullday job fairs locally or regionally and attempt to represent RecruitMe Plus and promote its services and values
- Develop candidate rosters employ traditional sourcing strategies actively network and employ innovative creative recruiting methods to hire the best talent.
- Participate in attracting new clients activities
- Perform any other related recruitment or HR administrative and business development tasks
Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relative experience.
- Resourceful
- Experience in proactive sourcing through various channels applying Boolean Search
- Proven track record in filling key positions across the GCC region
- Solid presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively
- Diplomatic and strong acumen in establishing positive working relationships with employees and all other stakeholders to maximize cooperation and productivity.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
- Excellent writing skills
- Experience in using ATS is highly preferable
- Social Media common user and platforms friendly
- Integrity honesty and accountability
- Familiar with AI recruitment tools
