Job Description
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes from sourcing to selection.
- Proactively source and engage with candidates using various channels.
- Promote employer brand and enhance the candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and make informed hiring decisions.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote diversity and inclusion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
- 12 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
- Analytical mindset and ability to leverage recruitment metrics.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced global environment.
