About the Position:
As a Travel Customer Support Agent you will be the primary contact for customers seeking help with bookings travel questions or troubleshooting. Your excellent communication and problemsolving skills will ensure a smooth experience for travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and document customer inquiries and issues via tollfree phone lines.
- Accurately record customer questions feedback and inquiries in the service system.
- Handle complaints according to company procedures ensuring proper logging.
- Resolve support calls and emails within agreed timeframes ensuring proper documentation.
- Diagnose issues using openended questions reference materials and system training.
- Offer solutions and suggestions to address common concerns and frequently asked questions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferably in travel or call centers.
- Strong communication problemsolving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely.
