We are ailean a Swiss Deep Tech startup building AI solutions to transform everyday business operations. Our AI autonomously handles repetitive tasks allowing teams to focus on more impactful work. Founded by Alexandros Tyropolois (serial entrepreneur) and Dr. Florian Krausbeck (computational physics PhD) ailean is already making waves in Hospitality and Real Estate.
We are currently bootstrapped but preparing for rapid growth seeking funding within the next 612 months. We are looking for a Growth Hacker / Head of Sales & Marketing to join us on this exciting journey help shape our strategy and drive our mission forward.
As our Growth Hacker / Head of Sales & Marketing youll be responsible for:
Designing and executing a scalable growth strategy for our AI solutions in Hospitality and Real Estate think of being able to execute strategies with and without funding.
Driving sales: identifying target clients building relationships and closing deals in international markets.
Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive customer acquisition.
Implementing growth hacking techniques to scale rapidly in key markets.
Developing strategic partnerships and preparing for upcoming funding rounds by leveraging your network.
Continuously optimizing growth tactics based on data and metrics.
Collaborating directly with the founders to shape the future of the company.
Were looking for someone with:
Proven experience in growth hacking sales or marketing for a tech startup ideally in AI or SaaS.
Knowledge of AI or tech products with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical clients.
Experience in international markets particularly B2B environments.
A selfdriven attitude capable of working independently in a fastpaced everchanging environment.
Experimentation mindset: someone who can test iterate and drive results through data.
Travel readiness: open to representing ailean globally.
A deep belief in the transformative power of AI and the drive to be part of something big.
