We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Procurement Specialist to join our clients team in a hybrid role based in Ohio. As an SAP Procurement Specialist you will play a crucial role in optimizing procurement processes ensuring compliance and driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize existing procurement processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Configure and maintain SAP and Ariba modules including but not limited to Sourcing Contract Management and Supplier Management.
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of procurement systems and tools.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement processes with other business functions.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to assess performance and compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to endusers on procurement systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Administration or a related field.
- 510 years of handson experience in SAP Procurement with a strong background in purchasing compliance and auditing.
- Proven expertise in SAP and Ariba configurations including master data management workflow setup and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in SAP Procurement or Ariba.
- Experience with procurement analytics and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of industryspecific procurement regulations and standards.
