We are excited to share this Sr. Full Stack Development position on behalf of our client. This role is for someone who loves to mentor and is highly technical curious and may have worked in a startup environment previously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize indepth technical expertise to design and develop diverse software projects.
• Lead a team of engineers guiding them through all phases of the software development life cycle.
• Build and sustain scalable applications APIs and database architectures.
• Collaborate with UX designers product managers and stakeholders to finetune project requirements.
• Manage deployments and ensure postlaunch application support.
• Suggest new methods processes and workflows to enhance performance and quality.
• Conduct code reviews and approve changes to ensure code integrity.
• Assess team performance and provide mentoring for professional growth.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and evolving industry trends.
• Analyze and recommend frameworks platforms tools and solutions.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in software development and system support
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Proficient in ASP.NET Core
• Experience with frameworks like React Angular Vue.js or similar
• Expertise in relational database design and optimization
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent certifications

• $135150K salary range dependent upon experience
