He or she should be willing to be exposed to modern architecture and patterns.

Needs to be exposed to REST API .NET / JAVA (C# Boot/Microservices).

The tech stack has not been established.

Needs to be exposed to messaging platforms like Kafka or any other streaming services.

Full stack Is helpful Leveraged in multiple UI discussions in the future definitely will help being Full Stack with React/ Next.JS on the front end and headless architecture in a SaaS environment.
