Job Details:

• Freight Type: Reefer
• Touch Freight: 100% no touch 60% drop & hook
• Weekly Pay: $1200 $1500 (based on experience)
• Mileage: Averagemiles per week
• Home Time: Every other week for 3448 hours
• Pet/Rider Policy: Bring your dog or rider from Day 1 (Trainees must wait until training completion; dogs must weigh under 30 lbs)
• Orientation: Paid
• Bonus Potential: Monthly bonus up to $0.08 CPM (fuel safety performance)

For Recent CDL A Graduates:

• Requirements:
  • Must have a Class A CDL
  • At least 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school
• Paid Training:
  • Training type: Regional & OTR
  • Duration: 46 weeks
  • Training pay: $650/week
  • Home every other week for 3448 hours
  • Dog & Rider allowed after training completion
  • Paid orientation $300

Requirements for All Drivers:

• Age: Must be 21 or older
• Driving Record: Fairly clean with no major accidents tickets or suspensions in the last 5 years
• Employment History: Solid 10year work history with no major gaps (outside of school or training)
• Safety Record: No terminations from previous jobs due to safety concerns
• Background Check: No DUI/DWI felonies or misdemeanors in the last 10 years
• Drug Screen: Must pass urine and hair follicle preemployment drug screen
