- Mission of This Position
To support our companys growth and pursue an IPO while aiming for further business expansion the Development Group plays a crucial role in advancing our business strategy. This position is focused on designing an engineering organization that aligns with the business growth phase and driving robust business growth by maximizing the Development Groups performance.
Background for the Position
With anticipated increases in business negotiations and projects with medium to large enterprises there is a need to build a more efficient and streamlined development organization. We aim to leverage the knowhow and developed features from EP projects to create plans that small and mediumsized enterprises can use. Alongside the development of large projects and new features it is also necessary to establish a stable operational system for existing users.
Specific Job Duties
- Designing and building the engineering organization
- Recruiting developing and evaluating engineers
- Discussing and considering development and organizational strategies with the management team (including proposal drafting)
- Strengthening communication and collaboration within the organization and with other organizations

Minimum Requirements
