The largest private healthcare provider in Singapore and one of the region's most trusted and well known healthcare brands is seeking for a Pharmacist in the Shift work settings (including night shift) for a promising role with the established hospital for attractive remuneration and career progression.
Key accountabilities
Review medication orders for completeness and appropriateness
Process drug orders and dispense medications to patients
Counsel patients (inpatients / outpatients) on their medications and provide specialised counselling if needed
Perform medication reconciliation
Provide rug information to doctors nurses and patients
Assist in the preparation of adhoc items e.g. extemporaneous preparations reconstituted antibiotic suspensions
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy or university
Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council
