Job Description:
- Provide professional design consultancy and advice to architects designers and/or clients.
- Responsible for providing design services including lighting layouts specifications details and lighting calculations.
- Responsible for generating lighting drawings by utilizing autocad or other software.
- Ensure the correction and updating of lighting design documents.
- Site visitation and attend meeting when necessary.
- Assists in developing lighting solutions to design problems.
- Follow up with clients.
- Preparation of conceptual presentation material such as 3D Photoshop.
- Study drawings sent by clients or architects.
- Propose lighting specifications and prepare quotations based on the lighting designs.
Job Requirements:
- At least a diploma or bachelors degree in related field.
- Required language(s): English and Malay.
- Good command of both written & spoken English.
- Good communication skills.
- At least 34 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Attention to details.
- Having knowledge of 3D Studio Max Adobe Photoshop and AutoCAD is a MUST.
- Additional knowledge of Relux Dialux and Sketchup will be an advantage.
