Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review evaluate and moderate usergenerated content (text images videos etc.) in Dutch and English to ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Monitor content for accuracy appropriateness and adherence to guidelines.
- Take appropriate actions on reported content based on defined policies.
- Work efficiently within a team to meet performance targets in a fastpaced environment.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker with excellent command of English.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts (approximately 3 nights per month).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick informed decisions.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to work with content moderation tools.
- Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus but not required.
