Main Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service in Norwegian and English via multiple channels including phone email and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries resolve issues and offer effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Participate in a comprehensive 2week training program to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Engage in a learning by doing approach to acquire practical experience while receiving continuous support from your Training Buddy.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer satisfaction and share insights.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 AM 07:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 AM 06:00 PM (two weekends per month required)
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Norwegian (C2 level) and English (B2 level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
