Job Description
Role: Business Development Lead HUBZone
Location: Reston VA USA
Workplace Type: Hybrid
Salary Range: $75000 $100000 per year (based on experience / qualifications) commission

If you want more autonomy and the opportunity to implement your ideas you might be interested in joining our team.
You would build strategic partnerships for IT contracting opportunities specifically those for HUBZonecertified businesses.
If youre coming from a highly structured BD department you wont find that here. This is a new position so you can build the system that works best for you and your targets.
Our work environment is flexible too. Not an early bird Theres some room to optimize your workflow. We simply ask that you wear pants the days youre at the office (Mon Thurs).

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous BD experience with federal government.
- Experience partnering with prime contractors under MentorProtg and other teaming arrangements.
